nVent RAYCHEM HWAT-ECO V5 Control Unit

Overview

The nVent RAYCHEM HWAT-ECO V5 control unit is used for energy-efficient temperature maintenance of hot water in a building’s single pipe network. It is used to optimize the operation of nVent RAYCHEM HWAT-R/-M/-L self-regulating heating cables.

    • Monitors boiler storage temperature (to assure that the heating cable is used to maintain (not heat-up) the water temperature) and pipe temperature (to ensure minimum water temperature and assure hygienic requirements)
    • Low and high boiler temperature alarm to warn for boiler defects or incorrect settings
    • Heat-up cycle mode up to 70°C is possible e.g. for legionella prevention measures
  • Easy to connect and to operate

    • Pre-set up in power-off mode by external power bank/charger via USB connection
    • Terminal with 6mm² spring clamps
